The Challenge

After the acquisition of Corning, the management echelon at the acquired organization wanted to influence and take part in strategic decision processes inside and outside their business unit.

The Solution

Lotem built an annual work and learning plan in which managers received tools for influencing and networking. The solution included both group learning as well as a personal channel where managers promoted a global objective in their own professional/managerial sphere.
