As part of the annual evaluation, the manager assigns each employee to one of six profiles, based performance and potential. According to the selected profile, the manager receives a list of recommendations for the employee’s development activities, in accordance with the evaluation. These recommendations focus on long-term activity throughout the year, including mentoring and employee empowerment as part of the day-to-day role.
