The Challenge

The role of medical service coordinator is a core position at Maccabi, which requires medical and legal knowledge, advanced service awareness and proficiency in diverse computer systems. How can we train new employees for this job, create fast engagement with their working environment for checking compatibility and fast productivity, while also ensuring high performance levels and a career development path that enables a long-term partnership?

The Solution

Lotem performed an in-depth assessment and created a job requirement hierarchy. Accordingly, an ongoing multi-level and multi-channel training was built, training the service coordinator in stages, in accordance with the various certification levels. The training begins "on the job", and comprises a mix of self-learning, digital learning, hands-on experience and participation in courses. The training enables customization, as well as monitoring and supervision of the performance level in real time.
